Ontrack has proven to be vital to M & S Water Services and will, in the future, be key to our continued growth. As a responsive contractor, our back office staff and site managers rely on visibility of site conditions in real-time to be able to be support our operations team. Ontrack also provides the evidence that clients require to prove what work was undertaken on site which in turn reassures our clients that they are in safe hands. Feedback from our site engineers is that they find the system easy to navigate which results in the requisite information required being available to close/invoice the completed job.
