Our team attended the SEHAUC exhibition at Epsom Racecourse on Tuesday 27th June.

Our stand attracted a lot of attention and we met with several utilities and contractors who were keen to find a better system to manage their street works.

We were able to show them some of the unique features of Ontrack in supporting the drive to reduce street works fines and lower costs for contractors.

Ontrack is very pleased to announce that their Reinstatement Quality Certificate (RQC) service has won the coveted Street Works Excellence award at the Street Works UK Awards 2021 on 17th November 2021.

Street Works UK is the foremost Trade Association within the United Kingdom, representing Utilities and their contractors on street works issues. They promote best practice, self-regulation and a two-way relationship with Government and other relevant stakeholders.

The Street Works UK Awards are the premier celebration in the street works event calendar, honouring operatives, innovation and sustained high standards across the industry.

A desire to help the street works industry improve its performance and reputation was at the heart of Ontrack developing the Reinstatement Quality Certificate service.

Ontrack had originally been developed as a mission critical business tool which not only captures high resolution imagery and critical works data, but also coach operatives in best practice via configured prompts and questions.

The system itself promotes safety, efficiency and achievement of high-quality work within an exacting compliance environment, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and significant cost savings.

It is this core functionality which enabled the Ontrack team to create the integral Reinstatement Quality Certificate.

Use of the Ontrack RQC creates greater value for all stakeholders, by reducing the cost and inconvenience of unnecessary site visits whilst positively impacting customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and environmental objectives.

Ontrack’s CEO, Katrina O’Connor said:

“I am thrilled to see the Ontrack team recognised for it’s commitment to improving the quality of work done by our hard working utilities and their contractors.”

“To see Ontrack win honours for its innovative approach to finding a solution to a challenge posed by a client, which, hitherto had not existed is particularly pleasing.”

“There is much to celebrate within our industry and the Reinstatement Quality Certificate is the result of many months of work & investment, which has created an effective method of validating the quality of the work delivered on a daily basis within the United Kingdom.”

Ontrack is very pleased to announce that their Reinstatement Quality Certificate (RQC) service has been shortlisted within the Street Works Excellence category of the Street Works UK Awards 2021.
